After breakfast, at 07:00, we'll drive to the Maeklong Railway Market, also known as Talat Rom Hup or the "umbrella pull-down market." This bustling market, one of Thailand's largest, is situated along the Maeklong Railway track. As trains approach, the shop fronts and awnings are moved back from the rails, only to be restored once the train passes. After exploring this unique market, we'll proceed to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. A private motorboat will take you through scenic canals, offering a glimpse of authentic canalside life. Disembark at the market and explore the lively scenes by a small paddle boat.

Breakfast at the hotel, departure to Ayutthaya, just 76 kilometers north of Bangkok. Begin with the enchanting Bang Pa In Summer Palace, set on the Chao Phraya River, boasting Chinese architectural marvels, lush gardens, and a floating pavilion. Explore the renowned Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, a historic temple, and delve into the significance of Wat Pa Si Sanphet, a temple within the Royal Palace complex. Witness the cultural richness at Wat Maha That and culminate your day at the Khmer-style Wat Chai Watthanaram, adorning the west bank of the Chao Phraya River. Depart to Kanchanaburi province (128 km to the west of Bangkok). Visit Thailand–Burma Railway Centre, an interactive museum, information, and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand– Burma Railway. The fully air–conditioned center offers the visitor an educational and moving experience. Visit Allied War Cemetery which is a memorial to some 6000 allied prisoners of war (POWs) who perished along the death railway line and were moved post-war to this eternal resting place. Breakfast at the hotel. After that our car and driver (no guide) will transfer you to the airport to take the morning flight to Chiang Rai.
Upon arrival, marvel at the captivating Wat Rong Khun, famously known as The White Temple, with its stunning white facade adorned with mirrored glass. Explore the unique and dark artistic style of the Black House (Baan Dam Museum), featuring over 40 houses.
In the afternoon, discover the allure of the Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten), celebrated for its intricate blue exterior. End your day with a visit to Wat Phra Kaew, housing the revered Emerald Buddha statue, a symbol of Thailand's sacred heritage.

After breakfast, transfer to Golden Triangle, a region that lies at the intersection of the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar, and is located about 60 kilometers north of Chiang Rai.
Take a boat trip on the Mekong River to explore the surrounding scenery and visit local villages.
Afterwards, we move from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai through the beautiful scenery.

After breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide and the driver, then start your day by visiting the temple of Doi Suthep, located in the mountains, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of Chiang Mai. After the visit to the Doi Suthep temple you will enter the old part of the city through its walls to visit two of its most famous temples: the Wat Phra Singh temple whose construction dates from 1345 and where we find a Buddha image of more than 1500 years old, and the Wat Chedi Luang, built at the same time but following a different architecture. It is believed to be the first temple that housed the famous Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) that we find today in the Grand Palace in Bangkok.

Embark on a culinary adventure starting at 09:00 with a pickup from your hotel, led by an English instructor. Head to Nong Hoi local market, spending 40 minutes exploring and purchasing fresh ingredients for your class, gaining insights into tropical vegetation. Continue to Baan HongNual, an open kitchen in Lanna Thai style, where you'll don aprons and headdresses as cooking uniforms. Delve into the intricacies of Thai cuisine, from kitchen utensils to seasonings, preparing and savoring each dish step by step. After a delightful lunch, take a break to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, or herbal drinks amidst herbal and vegetable plantations. Resume cooking, concluding the class with English cookbooks and a transfer back to the hotel.
Later at 18:40, experience the rich flavors of Northern Thai Cuisine at a Khantoke Dinner. Indulge in dishes like "Gaeng Hang Lay" and "Nam Prik Ong" served on a traditional Khantoke tray. Delight in live performances, including Traditional Northern Musical ensemble and captivating dances like the Fingernail Dance. Immerse yourself in the cultural richness, culminating in the joyous Ramwong Dance. A delightful evening of gastronomy and entertainment awaits.
After the dinner show, transfer back to the hotel.

Embark on an enriching day at Kanta Elephant Sanctuary, starting with a 50-minute drive from Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, don traditional attire and engage in various activities with the elephants, including feeding, roaming, and playing. The sanctuary emphasizes quality time, allowing you to closely observe the elephants in their natural environment. A delightful lunch is provided, followed by a hands-on experience preparing sticky rice mixed with herbs for the elephants. Learn about elephant background, health care, and behavior. The day continues with more elephant interaction, including walks to the river for bathing and scrubbing. Capture memorable moments and enjoy a tea and coffee break before returning to Chiang Mai.
