Payment Method:<\/h3>\n<p>The Client undertakes to process payment for the contracted services using the following terms:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>\n        <p><strong>Advance Payment<\/strong>: A 30% deposit of the total trip price is required within 48 hours of service confirmation by the Client. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the trip start date.<\/p>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <p><strong>Payment Receipt<\/strong>: The purchase is considered complete once we receive proof of payment in our bank account. Until payment is confirmed, the reservation may be canceled by EPIC TRIP ASIA.<\/p>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <p><strong>Bank Charges<\/strong>: The Client is responsible for any bank charges associated with payments or transfers. Cancellation and Compensation Policy:<\/h3>\n            <p>The Client may cancel the contracted services by <strong>sending written notice via email<\/strong> to EPIC TRIP ASIA. Cancellations made by phone will not be accepted. The Client will compensate EPIC TRIP ASIA as follows:<\/p>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Administrative and cancellation fees, if applicable.<\/li>\n                <li><strong>10% penalty<\/strong> of the total trip price if cancellation occurs <strong>between 15 and 30 days<\/strong> before the start of the trip.<\/li>\n                <li><strong>50% penalty<\/strong> if cancellation occurs <strong>between 7 and 14 days<\/strong> before departure.<\/li>\n                <li><strong>100% penalty<\/strong> if cancellation occurs <strong>less than 7 days<\/strong> before departure.<\/li>\n                <li><strong>No show:<\/strong> 100% penalty.<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>\n                Please note that some providers (hotels, cruises, etc.) may have <strong>different cancellation policies<\/strong> from ours. If so, we will inform you accordingly, and the applicable terms of both contracts must be followed.\n            <\/p>\n<p>EPIC TRIP ASIA will inform the Client of any special conditions applicable at the time of                   booking.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation of the trip implies acceptance of these conditions.<\/p>\n    \n            <h3>3.
