Breakfast at hotel. After that, we will transfer to Vientiane, Laos' capital city, known for its serene temples and French colonial architecture. Along the way, making enchanting stops at Nam Ngurm Lake and the Salt Mines. Nam Ngurm Lake offers tranquility and picturesque landscapes, while the Salt Mines showcase traditional salt production methods. And we will visit the vibrant Donk Mak Khai Market, where local flavors and vibrant culture blend seamlessly.

After breakfast, we will start to explore Vientiane's iconic landmarks, including the ancient Wat Sisaket and the revered Wat Prakeo. Marvel at the grandeur of That Luang Stupa and capture the sunset's beauty along the Mekong River during a delightful evening stroll. Conclude the day with a unique dining experience at a riverside cafe, where you can savor exotic dishes like fried crickets.

Embark on a scenic flight to Pakse after breakfast, where our journey takes us to the enchanting province of Saravanh. Along the way to Boloven, relish a tea break while observing local life. The Boloven Plateau, known for its cool climate and majestic rivers, beckons with a stop at Tad Fan, unveiling twin waterfalls cascading into a lush ravine. Explore the plateau's hidden gems, from coffee and tea plantations to diverse crops, offering a unique venture off the tourist trail. Upon arrival in Tad Lo, immerse yourself in the rich culture of ethnic minority villages, home to the Alak, Nge, and Katu communities.

After breakfast, we drive towards the pre-Angkori ruins of WatPhu, one of the ancient associated settlements of the Champasak cultural landscape. Continuing our adventure, we head to Khong Island, nestled amid the 4,000 islands of the Mekong. The largest island in this picturesque region, Don Khong, awaits, offering a tranquil overnight stay.

Embark on a boat excursion after breakfast, exploring the captivating landscapes of Don Khone and Done Det, with a visit to the mesmerizing Liphi, known as the "corridor of the devil." Explore the remnants of the old French colonial area, home to Laos' only 6 km railway, abandoned with an ancient locomotive. After a boat return to Ban Nakasang, our vehicle awaits to journey to the majestic Khon Phapheng waterfalls, concluding our road trip back to Pakse.
